Overview

iPacen uses subprocessors to host, secure, operate, and improve the service. This page lists provider categories and the data they may process. The exact provider list should be reviewed before production launch and whenever infrastructure changes.

Current provider categories

  • Supabase: database, authentication, storage, and server-side data operations.
  • Stripe: billing, checkout, connected accounts, payment processing, payment metadata, and customer payment portal functionality.
  • Google: Google Calendar OAuth, busy-time checks, and calendar event sync when a workspace connects Google Calendar.
  • Hosting provider: application hosting, routing, server logs, deployment, and infrastructure operations.
  • Email provider: transactional email delivery for booking confirmations, owner alerts, reminders, and account communications when configured.

Data shared with subprocessors

The data shared depends on the feature used. For example, Stripe receives payment-related information, Google receives calendar integration requests, and Supabase stores workspace and booking data.

Changes

We may update subprocessors as the product evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page before or soon after the provider begins processing production data.
