Agreement
These terms govern your use of iPacen. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use iPacen for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that business or organization.
Using iPacen
- You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for the activity that occurs in your workspace.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your offers, prices, availability, booking page content, policies, and customer communications.
- You may not use iPacen for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or spam-related activity.
- You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or abuse public booking forms.
Customer and booking data
Workspace owners are responsible for the booking data they collect from customers through iPacen. You must have the right to collect and process the information you request from customers and should avoid asking for sensitive information unless it is necessary and lawful for your use case.
Payments
Paid booking functionality uses Stripe. iPacen does not store full card details. You are responsible for your pricing, taxes, refunds, cancellation policies, chargeback handling, and compliance with payment rules that apply to your business.
Plans and billing
During beta, iPacen offers free accounts with one user, one workspace, and one bookable offer. Paid plans and subscription billing are not available until they are launched.
Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Google Calendar, email delivery, or hosting providers. Their own terms and policies may apply.
Availability of the service
We aim to keep iPacen reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may change as we improve the product, add features, remove unsafe functionality, or respond to operational needs.
